Based in Ayrshire, we specialise in bathroom design and fitting in the home, commercial and school environments. Most of the work is complete bathroom refurbishments, from design to installation. The benefit of this is you only have to liaise with one tradesman, so the work flows more smoothly and efficiently, with less worry and stress for you.
Besides full bathroom refurbishments we also carry out smaller plumbing jobs such as toilet exchanges, tap replacements, shower and shower cubicle replacements and leaking pipes. In fact, no job is too small.

Full heating installation services
We specialise in boiler and central heating repairs on many boilers and systems. We always try to complete a repair within the first hour, and this is normally achieved as we carry a good variety of the most common spare parts and have years of experience in all types of breakdowns.
We are experts at installing brand new boilers and heating systems in your home, and we can install energy efficient systems to save you money with our gas safe engineers. As well as fixing problems when they do arise, we can advise you on what you can do to improve the efficiency of your system, reduce your energy bill, and identify potential issues early on.
Boiler service
Most boilers require servicing once a year. We use the most up to date equipment: where necessary a flue gas analyser is inserted into the boiler to measure the products of combustion and the amount of carbon monoxide, to make sure it is operating correctly. At a service we carry out standard cleaning of the necessary components and these safety checks:
- 1Carrying out a test with Flue Gas Analyser
- 2Checking the safety devices within the boiler are working correctly
- 3Checking the gas rate of the boiler to ensure it is burning correctly
- 4Checking the flue is not blocked and is allowing products of combustion to disperse correctly
- 5Checking that the ventilation requirements of the boiler are being met
- 6Carrying out a gas tightness test to the full property to ensure you have no gas leaks

John was recommended to me by a friend after we started looking for quotes for a bathroom refit. The job included moving a wall and changing the layout of plumbed appliances. John came and took the measurements and provided me with a competitive quote. He outlined the work to be done and explained the timescales. John's team were excellent. Kieran (Plumber), Josh (Joiner), Colin (Electrician), and Jim (Tiler) came when they were meant to and were extremely respectful of the house. They completed work to a really high standard and I couldn't believe how quickly it all came together. John kept in contact throughout the process and made sure I was kept up to date with any changes and was there to answer any questions. We had two taps (kitchen and shower) replaced two weeks ago. John was prompt and clear from the start, so we knew well when to expect the job to be done and how much it would cost etc. He has done an excellent job, everything in great order now, and he also works very clean and tidy. I wouldn't go anywhere else next time we have any plumbing problems.
